Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Sales, the Business Development Manager works to improve Evraz Place’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position will maintain existing revenues and generate incremental revenue for Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) at Evraz Place by managing existing clients and developing new business through sales of multi-year corporate and major event sponsorships, partnerships, advertising and premium seat opportunities, and assets. The primary functions of the Business Development Manager include the responsibility to lead a sales team, identify and solicit new prospects, develop quality sales proposals, negotiate effective terms, produce contracts, coordinate, execute, track and implement all deliverables, and conduct fulfillment reports while also maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and trends. Working closely with the Director of Business Development and Sales, the Marketing team, and other internal departments, this position will be committed to service excellence by meeting and exceeding financial targets and business commitments, and ensuring contractual details of partnerships and business relationships are executed throughout the term of the agreement as outlined. Strategic sales planning is a key function of this role as it is the Business Development Manager’s responsibility to develop and cultivate an ongoing pipeline of new business for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or other related business field is required; Three to Five(5) years of experience in sales/business development with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding sales goals; a proven track record of developing and building new business relationships that produce financial results; experience in strategic sales planning and managing a budget and demonstrated results in achieving targets; experience in roles that require client management capabilities and a strong customer engagement focus; computer proficiency with experience using computer software, email, and Microsoft Office Products (especially word and excel); demonstrated experience in successfully building, coaching, and motivating high performing teams while holding employees accountable and experience developing budgets, forecasting and writing sales proposals. Preference will be given to candidates with sponsorship sales experience.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Stock Clerk is primary responsible to provide prompt, courteous and helpful customer service throughout the retail locations by ensuring proper stocking levels within the retail food and beverage concessions and bars. Receiving stock at loading bays and delivers or unloads stock manually or with hand operated or motorized equipment. Accurately completes all necessary paperwork (stock orders forms, transfer forms and vending sheets) as per Evraz Place standards. Assists with the placement of the bar units and mobile concessions as required. Other duties as assigned.
