Administrative Assistant - Executive Office

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager Executive Office, the position of Administrative Assistant Executive Office is responsible for performing administrative support for the Manager Executive Office and the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Will provide Administrative support to the Manager Executive Office in the form of scheduling meetings, maintaining daily calendar, and composition of correspondence, spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations. Also provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the form of scheduling meetings, maintaining daily calendar, maintenance of filing system, correspondence, spreadsheets, databases, etc. Provide reception duties including fielding incoming phone calls, directing clients, answering public inquiries. Supervise, coordinate, maintain and monitor the process and protocals for land lines and cell phones for Evraz Place. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supply room, ensuring appropriate inventory of supplies, and office equipment are in working order. Responsible for maintaining the Evraz Place Toshiba copiers, including invoice coding, meter readings, service calls and ordering of supplies Process incoming and outgoing mail; courier pickups, and sort incoming faxes. Perform administrative duties such as but not limited to: type, file photocopy, fax, mail, and computer input. Other duties as assigned.

The Catering Server is responsible for the smooth and efficient services in the Food and Beverage Department, as well as related guest services. In addition, this role must meet and exceed the Catering Server Job Standard for Evraz Place. The Catering Server is responsible for providing gracious level of service to guests to support guest satisfaction. The Catering Server is also responsible for contributing to an environment within Evraz Place which encourages fellow co-workers to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by Evraz Place, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and casual event for the guest. Special Event Security

Summary of Responsibilities:
This position as a Special Event Security you must be physically and mentally fit as well you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enforce procedural rules and regulations. Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property. Maintain security and safety for assigned areas. Maintain working knowledge of the locations of various departments, buildings, access routes and admitting requirements. Securing the building and equipment of the Arena and enforcing access throughout the building. As well as maintain order before, during and after events. Regularly patrolling the area and ensures the enforcement of all security rules and regulations. Distinguished from the classification of a Police Officer since they do not have the powers to arrest offenders or write citations but are required to report suspicious activities to Police Officers for follow-up and action.
