Summary of Responsibilities:
The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for the overseeing the work product of other Team Leads & Custodians. Responsibilities include all product inventories, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and recommending solutions; and report any disciplinary concerns to Manager. Give custodians on-the-job instructions maintain and requisition cleaning supplies and keep a record of stock. Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, so that employees can perform job duties as needed. Also responsible for monitoring and maintaining work schedules and ensuring that employees complete work assignments in a timely manner. Maintain the interior and exterior of the buildings and their surrounding grounds. Keep buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Physical capability to do the work, including, but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally required to work in dusty environments.
